Our philosophy

We operate under a unique “Closing Circles” (Tancant Cercles) philosophy: we transform local oilseeds into premium oils and high-protein cakes. These cakes, in turn, feed our own livestock, whose exceptional meat is sold through Cal Rovira and served at our own Agritourism hotel and restaurants within the same estate
